摘 要
根據(jù)對河北省唐山市馬蘭莊鐵礦礦石性質(zhì)的研究結(jié)果以及對類似選廠的考察,設(shè)計馬蘭莊鐵礦選礦廠。該設(shè)計為一次建廠,建廠規(guī)模為年處理量60萬噸原礦石,根據(jù)地形考察報告設(shè)計為依山坡建廠,破碎位于同一等高線,主廠房依山坡地勢而建。礦石為中等硬度,原礦最大粒度為500mm,含水量為2%,含泥量小于1%。采礦廢石混入10%。密度3.26噸/立方米,松散度1.5。采用三段一閉路破碎流程。為了達到更好的選礦效果,采用階段磨礦階段選別的流程。原礦品位30%,經(jīng)過四次磁選后精礦品位可達到66%,回收率為85%,產(chǎn)率為38.64%??偼顿Y為3430.76萬元,預(yù)計投資回收期為0.22年。

Abstract
